Acne On Scalp

Acne on scalp. Any shampoos/conditioners?
I have acne on my scalp and was wondering if anybody knows any shampoos or conditioners that would be able to treat it?
I’m 100% sure it’s not psoriasis because I clearly saw a white head/pimple on it and i popped it before.
t gel for psoriasis it worked for my brother and don’t pick them where ever the stuff gets it will make a new one
