is it true that if u scrub or wash your face with soap that it gives you more pimples or makes it worse ?
The idea behind treating acne, in which you are producing too much oil, is to allow the oil to come out of the oil glands successfully. Thus, to begin with, you don’t want to use anything on the face that leaves behind a filmy, oily layer. (So, cleansers that have an oily base to them are OUT.) That will leave you with soap as your cleanser, which is perfect for people with acne. However, you have to use a mild soap and wash your face gently (not scrubbing it), because if the soap is harsh, or the washing is severe, you will irritate the skin and make it a bit swollen. And, swollen skin will swell the pores shut, again disallowing the oil from getting out of the pores. Some mild soaps include purpose, Dial, Neutrogena, among others. Some harsh soaps include Coast, Lever, Zest, among others.
