i cut myself about a month ago and on my face?

about a month ago i cut myself on the face, but it wasnt deep, i used ointment to heal it, it healed but i think it peeled off too early, it left a red stain on my face, its on my cheek. its a red spot and its been there for about three weeks. is this permanent? i do get pimples on my cheeks but i dont think theres a pimple under the red spot but its still red!! i cover it with sulfur acne treatment even though its not used for scarrs, it covers it but i dont want to use it anymore!! what can i do? god bless

If you scratched at it, it would most likely leave a scar anyways. See your dermatologist or normal doctor about it.
