Treating acne naturally to work from the inside out is much more effective than using creams, lotions and gel products that only work on the skin.

1) Diet. Let’s get one thing out of the way – greasy foods do not cause acne. There is no scientific proof that foods that are considered bad for our overall health have a direct link with acne. But there are foods that are considered good for helping to treat acne, and our skin in general.
2) Stress. When you’re highly stressed, you will probably find that your acne outbreaks are much worse. Stress is responsible for many problems within the body, but if you have acne, I would recommend you learn some stress management techniques to help keep your stress levels down.
3) Dehydration. Drinking plenty of water is one of the best things you can do to maintain healthy skin. Cut down on sugary sodas and caffiene when you feel the urge to drink, and replace them with a glass of water.
4) Lack of sleep. Not getting enough sleep can cause deficiencies in your overall system, which won’t help your acne. Get more sleep to help bring your body back into balance, and strengthen your immune system.
5) Detox. Toxins enter our bodies every day through pollution, and the foods we eat. Normally the liver will flush these out, but if overworked, these poisons will build up in the liver and colon.
